Tesla NanoCoatings Launches Innovative Labeling to Reduce Applicator Error and Waste

Tesla NanoCoatings announces the introduction of its new innovative packaging to address application error which is widespread throughout the industry. Studies have shown the “application error” is the major reason for paint job failures.

Todd Hawkins, Tesla NanoCoatings President, commented, “Our packaging is designed to address language and color blindness issues.  .”

The easy to understand label instructions will greatly reduce mixing problems because they explicitly differentiate the different types of primers and topcoats both by generic composition as well as container size.  This will virtually eliminate the improper combining of parts A and B.  “We estimate that applicators are using our coatings with the new labeling that will reduce the maintenance and products costs 10% to 15%,” stated Hawkins.

Being an international provider of carbon nanotechnology coatings requires that the packaging adhere to stringent International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) requirements that make the packaging resistant to exposure to the harsh marine environment, Tesla NanoCoatings’ packaging meets all the compliances for self-adhesive drum label.

Tesla NanoCoatings innovative approach to corrosion protection clearly extends to even the minutest aspect of their product and its new label meets the merchant shipping regulations of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) as well as the Globally Harmonized System of Classification (GHS) standards.

“Our customers in the North Sea, Middle East, Africa and the Gulf of Mexico have commented very favorably on this packaging innovation,” added Hawkins.
