Improving Asset Performance in the Oil and Gas Industry

The last few years have been tough ones for the oil and gas industry. As a result, industry conditions drove some hard decisions around postponing projects, cost cutting and reducing numbers.

Thankfully, in more recent times, the industry sentiment is turning into one of cautious optimism. The time is now right to look at new technological developments which enable the industry to work smarter by utilising a new wave of digital technologies.

The Australasian Corrosion Association’s Oil & Gas Technical Group provides a technical platform for the oil and gas industry. As such, they will be hosting an upcoming technical seminar discussing the latest developments and innovations for enhancing integrity and optimising asset performance with a focus on unconventional oil and gas.
