Richard’ Paint is pleased to announce and welcome Aaron Dhawan as the Company’s Director of Operations.  Dhawan will be responsible for operational process management, improvement of processes and standards, change management, organizational design and development, as well as general operations management.

He joins the Richard’s team from Delta Laboratories, Inc. in Ocala, Florida.  Delta is a manufacturer of lacquers, urethanes, epoxies, acrylics, and alkyds.  It is there that Dhawan served as General Manager.  During his successful tenure he was responsible for two paint and coatings manufacturing and distribution locations, with all departmental managers as direct reports including sales, marketing, customer service, research and development, operations, regulatory, and quality control. 

Aaron has spent his entire career in the chemical sector, and as an executive level manager he has extensive expertise in developing / optimizing organizational processes, measurement systems, and infrastructure to maximize business results in process-manufacturing organizations.  With his skill set and areas of expertise, we know he will be a valuable addition to our Company team.
