Carlisle Fluid Technologies (CFT) recently introduced the Binks Trophy AA as the next generation of its air-assisted airless manual spray guns.

Binks is one of the leading brands at CFT, which manufactures equipment for the supply, application, and curing of sprayed materials such as paints, coatings, powders, mastics, and bonding materials. 

CFT supplies its equipment and accessories to a wide range of industry sectors, including aerospace, automotive manufacturers and suppliers, automotive repair and refinishing, ceramic tableware and sanitary ware, consumer goods, engineering, military and defense, woodworking, and anywhere that a coating material needs to be applied to a surface.

Engineered for use in the most challenging of finish applications, the Trophy AA is built to maximize spray quality, increase efficiency of product application, reduce downtime, and be environmentally responsible. In addition, the spray gun is designed to provide a lightweight, ergonomically sculpted fit and feel. 

The low trigger-pull force further enhances control while reducing operator fatigue and the chances of repetitive strain injury.

The new spray gun is available in two pressure configurations, the Trophy AA 1600 (1,600 psi, or 11.0 MPa) and the Trophy AA 4400 (4,400 psi, or 30.3 MPa). 

The spray gun is also available with a range of flat, fine-finish, and twist tips to cover all spray finishing applications, while other options include a new range of air caps and a replaceable tip seal.

Besides Binks, other global CFT brands include DeVilbiss, MS, Ransburg, and BGK.
