Wagner SprayTech Upgrades FLEXiO Paint Sprayers

Wagner SprayTech, a market leader in advanced paint applicators and tools, recently announced two new upgrades to the company’s FLEXiO line of paint sprayers with the FLEXiO 2500 and FLEXiO 3500.

According to the company, these new, more compact models are up to 20 percent lighter than their predecessors. In turn, this makes the sprayers easier to guide and maneuver, allowing users to comfortably spray for longer periods.

“Feedback from consumers drove the development of the FLEXiO 2500 and 3500,” said Jon Beaton, vice president of product management at Wagner. According to the company, both models deliver a consistent finish with low overspray for a wide range of interior and exterior projects. They feature Wagner’s exclusive X-Boost turbine, which delivers sufficient power to spray unthinned latex or oil-based paints, stains, and sealers straight from the can.

The upgraded sprayers are up to 10 times faster than a brush and can cover a wall of 8 by 10 feet (2.4 by 3.0 m) in five minutes. Users can customize multiple settings for different projects, including flow control, spray width, spray pattern, and adjustable speed for thick and thin materials. The sprayers are simple to clean, with just a few parts to separate for rinsing.

According to the company, benefits of each line include:
