Special Symposium Rate: $229.00
- Please call the hotel at 1-877-408-9661, or click the link to receive the discounted symposium rate. Use the group code “Waterborne, LLC” when making phone reservations.
- Hotels typically sell out quickly due to the Mardi Gras season so be sure to book early
- Hotel cut-off date is January 31, 2022 at 5pm. No rooms can be guaranteed at the discounted rate after this time
- Attendees receive complementary WIFI in their guest rooms
- Check in: 3pm / Check out: 12 pm
- All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 16.20%. Plus, a $2.00 per room night occupancy tax. All taxes are subject to change.
- These rates will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability, until the designated cutoff date of Monday, January 31, 2022. Group block will be released back into Hotel inventory at 5:00 p.m. CST on the cut-off date.
MISCELLANEOUS FEES
One night’s room and tax will be charged to the guest’s individual credit card or the master account should the guest not show up for a confirmed reservation.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within Group’s guest room block checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. Hotel will inform members of Group of this fee upon check-in.
