Leverkusen, 27th, January 2021. On 1 March 2021, Luc Perrad (53) will take over from Michael Schad (63) as Director of International Sales for DENSO Group Germany. This renowned industry expert will take his retirement after 36 years of service. Having worked in various sales roles, Michael Schad has been responsible for the successful development of International Sales since 2012. In the course of his work, he contributed his extensive special knowledge to well-known committees and international associations. Luc Perrad has been working for DENSO Group as an Area Sales Manager since 2019. Belgian citizen, he speaks French and English, has many years of international experience in corrosion protection and is NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 Certified. In his new role, he will focus on positive further growth for the business and on opening up new markets.

Luc Perrad has more than 20 years of global technical sales experience and extensive consulting expertise when it comes to questions concerning corrosion protection for pipelines. This qualified engineer recently advised companies very successfully on the introduction of a new coating system throughout Europe. Previously, he worked in management positions on various projects including Berry Global Pipeline projects in France, Africa and the northern regions of the Middle East. Using his sound knowledge, Lcu Perrad is able to advise comprehensively DENSO Group's clients on products and projects.
