John Crowe, VP/Manager of Coatings Services at Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI), passed away from complications due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in April. He contributed greatly to the industry during his career. He was a NACE member for 15+ years and carried a Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level 3 certification. According to the GoFundMe page, which was set up to aid the family, “The sudden passing of John Crowe has left an empty spot in the lives of all who loved him. Coworkers, friends, family, anyone who knew John has their own story on how he impacted their lives in a positive way. John never skipped the little things, and had no problem going out of his way to show that he genuinely cared. Now is the time we can repay the care that John showed us to his family during this difficult time. Any donations are sincerely appreciated.” Our thoughts are with his loved ones.
