Guardian Fall Protection is issuing an immediate product recall for the #10981 and #10947 3-Way SRL-R. Under certain conditions, braking forces may cause gear misalignment, potentially resulting in diminished rescue/retrieval functionality.

  

There have been no accidents or injuries related to this product recall.
