ProPerm VP is a part of the Pecora vapor-permeable air barrier system. ProPerm VP is a water-based, single component, elastomeric, fluid-applied air barrier membrane for exterior wall assembles where it functions as an air and moisture vapor retarder. Applied in a single coat, this weatherproofing membrane provides superior protection from moisture vapor and air intrusion contributing to a seamless, durable airtight building envelope.

- Saves on labor costs: primerless and can be applied in one single coat by spray or roller

ProPerm VP is packaged in 5-gallon pails or 50-gallon drums and is offered in our standard color Grey. Pecora also offers also provides the ability to match any color necessary for the project through our custom color lab.
