New Acrylic Curing Compound for Exterior Concrete

New from concrete construction products manufacturer W. R. MEADOWS is Pencure OTC, a unique dual-action, non-yellowing, acrylic curing compound for fresh, broomed exterior concrete.

The compound is clear, transparent, and easy to apply, and it was formulated to simultaneously form a membrane to cure the concrete while also penetrating into the surface to aid in reducing water and salt ingress.

Pencure OTC can be applied with a sprayer or short-nap roller. For optimum performance, gentle mixing or agitation is recommended.

Ideal for Driveways, Patios, Parking Lots

Described as ideal for use on surfaces such as driveways, patios, and parking lots, PENCURE OTC offers multiple features including a simple, single-step application method. With a low-gloss, satin appearance, the compound is a clean membrane that will not yellow.

The compound minimizes cracks and spalling common to improperly cured or uncured concrete, while its permeable film allows moisture in cured concrete to evaporate.

The product complies with numerous industry standards for curing specifications and volatile organic compound (VOC) requirements.

For Commercial and Residential Concrete

“The combination of film-forming and penetrating makes Pencure OTC an exciting addition to our line of concrete curing compounds,” said Jim Becker, product group manager for the company’s construction liquids business. “Pencure OTC is an excellent option for complete, efficient curing of commercial and residential concrete.”
