The Model FA (float action) multi-bladed spring arm conveyor belt cleaner, manufactured by Conveyor Components Company, is a simple yet effective belt cleaner at a very affordable price.  The Model FA belt cleaner is available with 7 different blade materials ranging from urethane to tungsten carbide.  At the core of this belt cleaner is the flexible spring steel arms which include a rubber shock-absorber type mount.  The rubber mounting block on the spring arm, combined with the flexible spring steel of the spring arm, does not damage mechanical belt splices.  Each wiper works independently of each other to remove carryback from the conveyor belt.  

The standard construction is a mild steel/carbon steel frame with grey polyester powder coating, and belt tension is provided with an easy to adjust pressure handle.
