Tesla NanoCoatings and Anjam Al Reyadah today signed an agreement that establishes a partnership through which Anjam will serve as distributor of the breakthrough wet-on-wet Teslan® primer and topcoat products for Middle East oil and gas upstream, midstream and downstream operations.
The agreement was announced recently at NACE Corrosion 2016, Vancouver, B.C., by Tesla NanoCoatings President Todd Hawkins and Anjam Group General Manager Dr. Gasem Fallatah.
The agreement formalizes a relationship through which Anjam will supply Teslan primers and topcoats to its customers throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council, which is comprised of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
Teslan shipments will begin immediately to Anjam facilities in the Middle East. Anjam customers include Saudi Aramco, SK, Sabic, Arabian Pipecoating Co. and many others.
“The level of interest in our wet-on-wet anti-corrosion Teslan product line has been very high throughout the world, especially in the Middle East, and the work that we are able to accomplish through Anjam will ensure a ready supply of our primers and topcoats to the oil and gas companies,” Hawkins said.
“Teslan has been proven to deliver superior corrosion protection in the demanding environments where Anjam customers’ operations are located and our new agreement with Tesla NanoCoatings will help us better serve in their efforts to reduce costs in their fight against corrosion,” Dr. Fallatah said.

Applicators can proceed to Teslan 3000 and 3100 topcoats immediately after applying Teslan 1101 primer, thus saving up to 50 percent of the time and money required for conventional three-coat painting.
