The New LP-1 Spray Machine - Polyurea Low Pressure, Cold Spray Applied

Up until now spray applied instant curing, high performance membranes required expensive, high pressure, heated spray equipment to apply them. The entry cost and operating costs of these machines restricted the applications where VIP`s technologies could be used to benefit the customer.

"Up until now our advanced coating solutions were only available to big industry and big projects" said Mark Teakle, the Technical Director of VIP Coatings International. "Now our high performance protective coatings can be cost effectively utilised for small and medium sized waterproofing and light Industrial applications. This opens up a whole new world of opportunities for waterproofing contractors, maintenance contractors, automotive aftermarket businesses and so much more"

Seamless Rapid Application
The VIP Low Pressure Coating System is ideally suited for the mobile contractor who requires the superior performance of a VIP spray applied seamless membrane with the advantages of rapid application and re-use times. VIP Coatings are high build flexible membranes that are tack free in 10 - 20 seconds and can be re-used in minutes.
Requiring standard 110 or 240 power the LP-1 spray unit can be used virtually anywhere making the machine truly versatile. Configured to accept 2x 25L head packs the VIP LP-1 reduces chemical stock holdings and wastage and allows the operator to quickly and easily mobilise the spray rig to site. No generators or heavy power requirements, no drums, no trolleys, no heavy lifting on site.

Ideal for Mobile Contractors
"With two operators, 1 spray machine and 1 van you have a mobile waterproofing and protective lining business" said Mark Teakle, Technical Director of VIP Coatings International. "The rapid set-up, rapid application and instant curing means a mobile unit can complete protective coating jobs very quickly and easily". "Small low value projects that were simply not viable with traditional high pressure heated application machinery are now profitable with the LP-1 machine" concluded Mr Teakle.
