The Fleet Maintenance &
Modernization Symposium (FMMS) 2014 is specifically designed to provide

moving" to indicate success.
Readiness Impacts from High Op Tempo
RADM Jeffrey Brooks, USN (Ret.),
General Dynamics NASSCO-Earl Industries, will moderate a panel of U.S. Navy and
U.S. Coast Guard leaders to discuss the effects of high Op Tempo on the fleet
and what's being done to mitigate the extra wear and tear.
In addition, FMMS 2014 will host
